Return Policies:
30 day Return policy
Returns will be accepted with a Return Merchandise Authorization Code. You can return an item within 30 days, if the manufacturer accepts returns. Your items must be returned within 30 days from the original shipment date. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Every item returned should be in the original condition including the original packing and paperwork. We will not accept the return if the items are not in their original condition/packaging. Restocking fee of $20.00 will apply with some specified products.
How should I return a non-custom made item?
You may return non-custom designed items, by contacting our customer service department, either phone at (1 - 888-579-8137) or by e-mail returns@besthomebedding.com. We will provide the necessary information. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA#) for all documentation. Any returns without a valid RMA# from us will be charged $20.00 as handling fee. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by customer. If items are altered by the customer they may not be returned or exchanged
Procedure to follow:
Wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address on the shipping label. Please indicate the RMA# and reason for return on the packing slip, and include the packing slip with the item you are returning. Remember to put the RMA# on the outside of the package underneath the address.
Refunds:
If you cancel an order or receive a discount due to delay in shipping or for similar customer service concern, the refund to your credit card will be processesed right away. The refund information will appear on your credit card statement when the refund is processed by the credit card company.
How long will it take for my account to be credited after I return an item?
You will receive an e-mail from us stating the status of your refund as soon as we have inspected and processed the returned item. Please note that it will take 30 – 60 days to credit your credit care after the procesing of the returned item.
Can I return Waterbed Bedding or Custom Designed bedding products?
Waterbed and Custom design bedding products, items where only the color samples are shown, are made specific to meet individual customer requirements. Any design questions (size, shape and matching colors) can be forwarded to the info@besthomebedding.com , then will be forwarded to the manufacturer for answers prior to placing your order.
Please note: Returns will not be accepted unless a manufacturing defect occurs. In the case of manufacturing defects, the original product must be shipped back before replacements will be sent. If the product has been used, it must be freshly laundered and clean. Any product received for examination that is not clean will be sent back immediately at the customer's expense.
The manufactuer reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at our their discretion. The customer bears all expenses associated with shipping when returning product.
