Return Policies
Can I return Bedding which is custom made, for example, if you order Waterbed Bedding &or luxury bedding sets?

Waterbed, Luxury or Custom made bedding products, when noted within the description of the item, are made specific to your individual requirements.
Any design questions (size, shape and matching colors) can be forwarded to the info@besthomebedding.com , then will be forwarded to the manufacturer for answers prior to placing your order. 
 

Please note: Returns will not be accepted unless a manufacturing defect occurs.  In the case of manufacturing defects, the original product must be shipped back before replacements will be sent.  
The manufacturer's defect includes: seams not sewn correctly, holes or any visible defects in linens, inconsistency in color (prior to washing).


Some manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace defective products at our their discretion.  The customer bears all expenses associated with shipping when returning product.


If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, the return process can be assisted by sending a digital photo of the damged or defective item in an e-mail.
Please describe the problem with the item, then a decision can be made with regard to problem presented.

30 day Return policy 

When a product return is approved, the return will be accepted with a Return Merchandise Authorization Code.  You can return an item within 30 days, if the manufacturer accepts returns.  Your items must be returned within 15 days from receipt of the original shipment.  Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.  Every item returned should be in the original condition including the original packing and paperwork. We will not accept the return if the items are not in their original condition/packaging.  Some items have a restocking fee of $20.00, customers will be advised if restocking fee applies when discussing the option of returning an item.

How should I return a non-custom made item?

You may return non-custom designed items, by contacting our customer service department, either phone at (1 - 888-579-8137) or by e-mail returns@besthomebedding.com.  We will provide the necessary information. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA#) for all documentation.  Any returns without a valid RMA# from us will be charged $20.00 as handling fee.  All costs related to return shipping must be paid by customer. If items are altered by the customer they may not be returned or exchanged 

Procedure to follow

Wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address on the shipping label.  Please indicate the RMA# and reason for return on the packing slip, and include the packing slip with the item you are returning.  Remember to put the RMA# on the outside of the package underneath the address.

Refunds:

If you cancel an order or receive a discount, the refund to your credit card will be processesed within 24 hours.  The refund information will appear on your credit card statement when the refund is processed by the credit card company.

Please note:
If an item is being returned, a refund will not be issued until confirmation is received that product has been returned to the manufacturer.

How long will it take for my account to be credited after I return an item?

You will receive an e-mail  stating the status of your refund as soon as the return item has been inspected and processed. 

Please note that it can take 30 – 60 days for the credit to your credit card to show on a statement after the procesing of the returned item.
