1.  How Soon are Orders Shipped

Generally, orders will be shipped usually within 2 - 7 business days of ordering by standard UPS or FedEx Ground Service.  A UPS calculator has been provided on the website for you to give you a general idea of the cost of shipping. 

2. Back Orders

Occasionally, an out of stock item occurs.  If this happens when you place an order, you will be contacted and offered an estimate of the time when the item will be available.  If you prefer to not wait that length of time, you can select another item or recieve a credit on your credit card.

3.  What should I do if I purchase something and it is the wrong size?

If you order an item and you find it is the wrong size, please send an e-mail to returns@besthomebedding.com or call 1-888-579-8137 and explain the situation. Please keep the original package until you are certain the item fits. If it is necessary to return an item, please obtain authorization and instructions prior to returning the package.  Shipping costs for returning products to the supplier will be at your cost.  If an item has been damaged in shipping, arrangements will be made to ensure the damaged item is replaced. Restocking fees approximately $5.00 will apply.

4.  Do you ship outside the continental US?


Some products can be shipped to Canada, but shipping charges, duty and related taxes will apply. Shipping charges generally range between $50 - $100 for shipments to Canada.

5..  What should I do if I have questions about an order?

If you have questions about a bedding product or accessory, please send an e-mail to info@besthomebedding.com prior to placing your order and ask questions about measurement, size of items, color choices available, etc. and we will provide answers for your questions.  If you are ordering a custom made item, it is important to ensure that you measure the size of your bed, daybed or futon correctly prior to placing the order.

6.. Do you offer bulk orders?


Yes.  Please phone 1-888-579-8137 to request information about larger quantity orders. Discounts and special shipping rates apply for bulk orders.
